Savannah Beach & Racquet Club is a gated community. There is one parking space per condo. The pool is open year-round but is not heated. There is private beach access. This condo is a first-floor, waterfront, corner unit on the poolside.
There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and two built-in bunks in the hallway for "little" guests. There is a TV in the living room but not in the bedroom. The balcony is private with two chairs and a table.
The owner provides WiFi.
There will be clean linens, a freshly laundered blanket and bedspread, six bath towels, 2 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, a bath mat, 2 beach towels, 2 kitchen towels, and a kitchen wash rag.
We will also provide a start up of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, a roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper.
